Nallely seeks to create loving, connected, and reciprocal connections that lead to wellness and prosperity for all.
Nallely currently serves as the Grants & Philanthropy Manager at Latino Community Foundation where she plays a key role in building community and people centered grantmaking practices to support grassroots leaders and community organizations for the economic and civic power of Latinos in California.
Prior to her current role, she served as the Grants Program Manager for Arts Council Santa Cruz County where she strengthened community-led grantmaking approaches that prioritized BIPOC artist and cultural bearers creating at the intersection of art and social change. She is proud to have supported the City of Santa Cruz Economic Development Department in building a community-led equitable grants program that moved funds to artists to ideate and produce projects that support restorative justice, health and safety, and economic recovery. Nallely has also held grantmaking and operations roles with Santa Cruz County Community Foundation.
Nallely was born and raised on the Central Coast and grateful for the cultural roots and pride nurtured in her by her Oaxacan parents. She resides in Richmond with her partner and young child.
