The main objective of this intensive yearlong program is to support entrepreneurs launch a cooperative business. Through in-class sessions, technical assistance and peer learning the program develops advanced skills in the area of ​​business, communication and cooperatives. Topics include: marketing, operations, decision-making, power and privilege, effective meetings and governance in cooperatives.
