On behalf of the Prospera board of directors I’d like to share some exciting news. Prospera has revised its leadership structure to better reflect our cooperative values. Maria Rogers Pascual, formerly Director of Program Innovation and Sustainability will be joining Meche Sansores as Co-Executive Director, to lead Prospera in this next chapter of the organization.  

We also want to welcome two new board members, Elena Fairley and Neha Gupta, who joined us in December last year.

Finally, we want to thank Maria Soria who just stepped off the board after 10 years of dedication to Prospera!

We look forward to a great year supporting Latinas to launch successful worker cooperative businesses.
