Episode 3 – Power and Privilege with Guadalupe Perez & Claudia Arroyo
In this third episode we are going to talk about power and privilege: Have you ever felt invisible? Have you reflected on the dynamics of power and privilege in your family, work, community, and in society? We want to deepen our understanding of where we internalized these systems, how privileges are reflected ,and how we relate to power in three areas: as women, as immigrants, and as entrepreneurs.
In this episode, we’re featuring the voices of entrepreneurs from our cooperative entrepreneurship programs as well as a chat between our host, Claudia Arroyo and Guadalupe Perez, co-founder of De Colores Consulting. Guadalupe self-identifies as a Mexican with a Oaxacan heart who is indigenous, a mother, wife, daughter, sister, friend, village leader, and businesswoman. Will you join us for the conversation?
