The #HalfMyDAF initiative offers DAF holders the chance to pool their resources to amplify their impact on the causes they hold dear. At Prospera, we understand that achieving our objectives relies on the collective effort of a community, and we deeply appreciate your support.
Through the #HalfMyDAF initiative, you can assist us by pledging to allocate half of your DAF funds, making us eligible for matching grants of up to $50,000. These grants will be awarded on September 29th. The more individuals who designate PROSPERA, the greater our chances of securing a matching grant.
Here’s how you can support us through the #HalfMyDAF initiative:
1. Make a donation and commit to utilizing half of your DAF assets. Begin by initiating a grant and retain confirmation of your grant. You can either download the confirmation once received or capture a screenshot.
2. Complete the #HalfMyDAF commitment form and attach the DAF grant confirmation(s). You can utilize this form as many times as needed, ensuring that you attach the DAF confirmation form for each grant submitted.
You have until September 29, 2023, to participate in #HalfMyDAF, which means distributing half of the funds you held on March 1, 2023, to any nonprofit organization(s) of your choice.
