It’s about the trust we build with the women we serve, the love and empathy that bind our partnerships, and the commitment to walk together, especially when the road gets hard.
Strengthening Our Ecosystem: A Program Perspective
From the frontlines of our programs, Anahi Rojas (Programs Director) and Ana Castaño (Programs Manager) brought powerful reflections on what it truly means to support Latina entrepreneurs throughout their journeys. Their leadership has been instrumental in creating spaces where entrepreneurs can grow businesses rooted in community care and shared success.
