“Welcome to the best family in the world, where we all support and love each other … “You have a long journey ahead of you, but take advantage of every moment that you are part of the program. Even for those of us who have graduated and maybe moved on, we know we can always come back here, to our home and our family,” encourages Araceli Rivas, owner of Live Life by Design and former Acompaña participant. Araceli, among other Prospera community members and program graduates, joined in celebrating the newest Acompaña cohort that began in mid-October 2025.

Lupita Guzmán – Supreme Rooter & Plumbing
For Lupita Guzmán, founder of Supreme Rooter & Plumbing, every project is an opportunity to serve with heart. Her business was born from faith, hard work, and borrowed tools. Today, it represents much more than plumbing services: it’s a symbol of hope, family, and community. From repairs and installations to trenchless solutions, Lupita and her team work with modern technology, high-quality materials, and above all, love. Being a woman in a traditionally male field has not been easy, but for Lupita, it has been a transformative experience. Her vision goes beyond pipes and fittings: she wants her company to inspire others, create opportunities, and show that when you work with love and perseverance, dreams really do come true.
Andrea Cruz – CA’s Cleaning Services
Originaria de México, Andrea ofrece servicios de limpieza Originally from Mexico, Andrea provides residential cleaning services and has carved her path through hard work and persistence through her business, CA’s Cleaning Services. Her journey with Prospera began with a simple phone call that made her feel seen and valued, a small but powerful gesture that confirmed she was in the right place. After attending several workshops and continuing to grow as an entrepreneur, being accepted into the new cohort marks a new beginning filled with hope. Andrea continues to expand her business and her confidence, offering a service rooted in care, commitment, and attention to detail.


Camila González – Latina Digital
Camila González is the founder of Latina Digital, a project dedicated to transforming how the Latinx community relates to money. Her mission is to challenge limiting beliefs about finances and to help people see accounting not as an expense, but as an investment in their future. From personal finance education to business organization, Camila wants to help more Latina entrepreneurs build strong financial foundations and achieve stability with confidence. With energy and vision, she hopes to expand her message through social media, reaching more people in the Bay Area and beyond, empowering the Latinx business community to step into financial strength and pride.
Claudia Gonzales – Agua de tus Ojos
Through her project Agua de tus Ojos, Claudia Gonzales provides support to individuals and organizations engaged in healing, trauma recovery, and peacebuilding. Her work combines empathy, knowledge, and a deep commitment to those who have experienced high-impact or violent situations. By offering both educational and therapeutic services, Claudia creates spaces for reflection and transformation on individual and collective levels. In this new stage with Prospera, she hopes to strengthen her strategy, deepen her mentorship connections, and continue building community through compassion and conscious accompaniment.

From different paths, these women arrive with shared hopes: to build, to learn, and to give back. Their stories intertwine with Prospera’s vision of a world where Latina entrepreneurs lift one another and create lasting change. As they take their first steps together, we celebrate not just their beginnings but the collective power that makes every dream possible.
